1. Service Description & Brokerage Role

Indiana Wildlife Removal operates exclusively as an authorized advertising brokerage. We provide a centralized dispatch platform to connect property owners with licensed wildlife professionals. By using this site or our dispatch line (866-795-9520), you acknowledge that Indiana Wildlife Removal does not directly perform field services.

2. Relationship with Service Providers

All on-site inspections, trapping, exclusions, and structural repairs are fulfilled by our independent licensed partner, Varment Guard Wildlife Services. Contracts for actual work performed are between the property owner and the service provider.

3. User Conduct & Liability

Users agree to provide accurate information when requesting service. While we vet our partners for high standards, Indiana Wildlife Removal is not liable for on-site property disputes or service performance, which are governed by the provider's specific service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including the specific exclusion-first terminology and branding on this site, is the property of Indiana Wildlife Removal and its partners. Use of the phrase "animal control" is strictly prohibited in conjunction with our brand.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our brokerage operations or partner network.
